Newly Discovered World's Oldest Man Says He Wants To Die.


The world's oldest man has been named as an
Indonesian who is believed to be a staggering 145-
years-old – but who wants to die.
Mbah Gotho has emerged from obscurity with
documentation recognised by Indonesian officials
revealing he was born on December 31, 1870.
He has outlived all 10 of his siblings as well as his
four wives, the last of whom died in 1988.
All of his children have also died, and now he is
survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren,
and great-great grandchildren.
If correct, that makes him significantly older than the
verified oldest person in the world ever, a title that
belongs to French woman Jeanne Calment, who lived
to be 122.

Turkey Asks Greece To Extradite Military Asylum Seekers.


Turkey has officially requested the extradition of eight military officers who fled to Greece by helicopter and sought asylum there after July’s failed coup attempt.
Foreign ministry officials in Athens said they had received the request and passed it on to the Greek justice ministry for consideration, state radio reported on Thursday.

Paul Pogba arrives for Manchester United medical ahead of move


Paul Pogba arrived at Manchester United's training ground on Monday to begin his medical ahead of a proposed world-record switch back to the club from Juventus.

Pogba, 23, was granted permission to have a medical on Sunday in order finalise the deal. Sources have told ESPN FC that United will pay a £89 million (€105m) transfer fee for the 23-year-old plus £20m (€23.7m) in agents' fees.
